bates stamping pdf files

hello! I need a simple application that uses ParmisPDF cli bates stamping functionality for bates numbering legal documents in PDF format.
Does anybody have a sample c+ code for bates numbering using parmispdf? (Create bates stamp with prefix and suffix and use it for bates stamping pdf files located in folders and sub-folders.)
they have provided some sample codes:
pdf page numbering
but I'm not familiar with programming. If you can develop a simple application for this purpose please let me now.
