Pokemon Legends ZA Playthrough Episode 12: Exploring Side Qu

Beitragvon RadiantEchoVoyage » Sa 29. Nov 2025, 09:15

Welcome back to another exciting episode of our Pokemon Legends ZA journey! In this episode, we dive deep into the many side quests that have appeared, tackle some new battles, and uncover new Mega Evolutions. Join me as I share my experiences and tips for making the most out of these new discoveries, and maybe even help you find ways to enhance your own gameplay.

Exploring the Side Quests

As we continue our journey through the game, the first thing that stood out to me was the sheer number of side quests that popped up. While the main story is undoubtedly thrilling, these side missions offer valuable rewards and a change of pace. Before diving into the next main quest, it's a great idea to tackle a few of these side missions to gather useful items and Pokemon.

A side quest that I found particularly interesting involved a normal-type trainer. This trainer swore that normal-type Pokemon were the best because they have no real weaknesses. Of course, as a seasoned player, I knew this was a little bit of an oversimplification, but I decided to battle them anyway. The battle wasn’t particularly challenging, but it was a good reminder of how important type matchups can be in the Pokemon universe. Normal-types, while versatile, do still have their weaknesses, especially against fighting-type Pokemon.

Evolving and Mega Evolving Pokemon

One of the most exciting aspects of this episode was finally evolving my Riolu into Lucario. I had been struggling with it earlier, but I discovered that Riolu only evolves during the daytime. After a bit of trial and error, I managed to evolve it, and now I have a powerful Mega Lucario on my team. Lucario is one of my all-time favorite Pokemon, so seeing it evolve and become even stronger with a Mega Evolution was a real highlight.

Speaking of Mega Evolutions, I also managed to acquire the Mega Evolution stone for Charizard X, which is one of the fan favorites. Charizard X has a stunning blue color that makes it look incredibly cool, and I couldn’t wait to use it in battle. The moment I Mega Evolved Charizard X, it felt like a game-changer. The sheer power boost it provides is insane, and I can’t wait to see how it performs in tougher battles ahead.

If you’re looking to add a Mega Charizard X to your own team, don’t worry about the cost. Although it set me back a hefty 100,000 in-game currency, it was definitely worth the investment. Charizard X is a powerhouse, and I’m excited to see how it will fare in the upcoming battles.

Fossils and New Pokemon

Another interesting side quest involved selecting fossils for a research lab. I had to choose between the Jaw Fossil and the Sail Fossil, and I went with the Sail Fossil, which ultimately gave me the Pokemon Amora. It's always fun to uncover ancient Pokemon, and collecting fossils is a great way to expand your team and Pokédex.

I also managed to collect a few other fossils, including the Old Amber, which revives Aerodactyl. With all these new fossils and Pokemon, my team is becoming stronger and more diverse. The key takeaway here is to always check out the different fossils available and make sure you revive as many as possible for additional Pokemon to add to your roster.

Battling Trainers and Improving Strategies

While completing these side quests, I also took on a variety of trainers to test my team’s strength. The battle against the normal-type trainer, for example, highlighted the importance of planning ahead. It’s easy to underestimate a certain type, but knowing the strengths and weaknesses of your Pokemon can make all the difference.

I also took a closer look at my Pokemon's move sets. After evolving Lucario, I made sure to replace a few of its moves with stronger options, such as Dragon Pulse. This is a critical step in ensuring your Pokemon can hold its own in battles, especially when facing off against tough opponents.

Shiny Pokemon and Where to Buy Them

As we wrap up this section, it's worth noting that for those looking to enhance their team with rare and shiny Pokemon, there are options available to buy shiny Pokemon. Whether you're after a specific Pokemon or just want to add a rare one to your collection, buying shiny Pokemon can save you time and effort. If you're playing Pokemon Legends ZA and want to expand your collection of shiny Pokemon, you might want to check out services like U4GM, which offers shiny Pokemon for purchase.

I personally haven't bought any shiny Pokemon yet, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a specific Pokemon or want to boost your roster with some rare finds. If you decide to go down this route, just make sure you’re getting them from a trustworthy source, as it’s easy to get scammed online.

To sum it up, Episode 12 of Pokemon Legends ZA was filled with exciting developments, from evolving Pokemon like Lucario to Mega Evolving Charizard X. The side quests offered great rewards and a chance to hone my battle skills. Plus, with the fossils and shiny Pokemon available, there’s always something new to discover in the game.

Whether you’re a new player or a seasoned veteran, these strategies and tips should help you make the most of your journey. If you’re still on the fence about getting that shiny Pokemon, consider checking out options like U4GM, which can be a helpful shortcut to expanding your collection.
